Let's meet to discuss your home wants & needs, budget, and the ideal timeline you have for moving. This time is also when I will explain a little bit about the whole buying process and help walk you through the process of being pre-approved if needed.

Home Search

I will set up a personalized search for you and keep you updated with any & all listings that match your ideal home criteria. If you like a home you see I will also schedule private showings for you to check out the home and get a feel for what it will be like owning that home.

Making an Offer

Once you find the right home, I’ll help you craft a strong competitive offer built with a comparative market analysis to back the reason for our offer. I also will explain all the terms and contingencies with you about the offer, that way you get the best understanding of what goes into purchasing a home.

Inspections & Negotiations

After our offer is accepted I will begin to coordinate inspections and help you understand the results after we receive the inspection. If needed, having an inspection report helps us negotiate repairs or credits on your behalf when purchasing a home.

Escrow & Paperwork

I’ll guide you through the escrow process, ensuring all documents are completed accurately and on time.

Closing & Move-In

Once everything is finalized, I’ll hand you the keys to your new home and celebrate this big milestone with you whether this is your first, second, or third home!

Initial Consultation

I like to meet with each client and discuss goals, timeline, and expectations. I’ll walk you through every step of the selling process and answer any questions you have.

Home Evaluation & Strategy

After we meet, I will assess your home’s value based on market data and local trends and present to you a comparative market analysis of other homes that are on the market or have sold recently. Together, we’ll create a pricing and marketing strategy tailored to your property.

Preparation & Staging

After we get the home priced I begin to coordinate inspections, repairs (if needed), and staging to ensure your home looks its best before going on market. I will keep you involved in the whole process so you can see the work that is being put into your home.

Custom Marketing

When it comes to marketing I design and execute all my materials—flyers, postcards, social media posts, and more. Your home will be showcased with professional photography and compelling copy.

Showings & Open Houses

My intention is to manage all showings and host open houses to attract the right buyers. I’ll keep you updated with feedback and what the interest levels are with your home.

Offers & Closing

When offers come in, I will help you evaluate them and negotiate the for best terms. My goal is to get you top dollar with minimal stress. Once we get the right offer, I will handle all paperwork, timelines, and communication with escrow and title companies to ensure a smooth closing.
